Mr. Richard O. Spencer, Jr., is President and CEO of 4mK Group, LLC. Mr. Spencer has over 15 years experience in corporate training, employee development, project management, and business development. In 2007, using those years of experience, and other valuable knowledge and skills gained; 4mK Group, LLC was founded.

Past companies include; Prudential Investments, Prudential Annuity Services, VerticalNet, Inc., GMAC Commercial Mortgage, CapMark Financial Services, and AMX Corporation. During his career, he has facilitated both technical and non-technical classroom courses for end users, dealers, vendors, and partners. In addition, he’s managed focus groups, done peer coaching, and delivered various multi-media training courses. He has also spent many years as a curriculum developer, designing classroom and web-based training courses. As a Project Manager, Mr. Spencer was responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion.

A graduate of Philadelphia University, in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems and a minor in Small Business/Entrepreneurship. In 2006, he completed the Leadership Development Certification Program at Pennsylvania State University, Ambler Campus. Other programs and certifications include Franklin Covey’s Solutions Selling Program, Microsoft Certified Professional, and AMX Control Designer and Installer Expert Certifications.

In addition, his list of business affiliations/associations has included the Junior Black Data Processing Associates, National Society for Training and Development, and Society for Human Resource Management.

Personally, as a member of the Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church he served as Servant Leader of the Men's Ministry for 4 years and is currently the Assistant Head Coach / Offensive Coordinator of the 120 lb Pop Warner Football Team. He is also a teacher and key contributor of the Coaches' Bible Study. Lastly, he is a AAAI Certified Personal Trainer, helping people live healthier lives.
